My Favorite Kitchen Machine

Before I post many more recipes I have to mention  the machine that has made 30 years worth of bread, cakes, cookies, smoothies, whipped cream, pesto, etc. The foods I have mixed and blended in my Bosch Kitchen Machine are endless.

In my newly remodeled kitchen, I designed a lift just for my Bosch with the baking center designed around it.  It is with out a doubt the most used and appreciated appliance in the kitchen. (Well next to the dishwasher!)  What makes it so special?

1. Power, 600 watts of it, enough to grind wheat in the blender, or chop ice in no time.  The mixing bowl has capacity for 5 one pound loaves of bread!

2.  Just mix (knead) most breads for 5 min. for perfect results.

3.  The cookie paddles make it a snap to make cookies.

4.  Whipping cream is a dream, stiff peaks in no time.

5.  You can buy amazing attachments, juicer, slicer/shredder/ meat grinder to name a few.

I cannot understand why the cooking shows on TV seem to use Kitchenaid brand kitchen machines when the Bosch machine is so much easier to add ingredients  with no motor, or beaters in the way, and much more power.  I suggested that to Martha Stewart Living.  The next issue of their catalog carried the Bosch Kitchen Machine!

Next time you are in the market for a new mixer/blender, etc. check the Bosch Kitchen Machine out, I wouldn’t be with out mine!
