This recipe is always a hit! Just stir into warm pasta, use as a spread on focaccia, or sandwiches, spread on fish, use your imagination!!!.
PESTO
-
1/2 cup light olive oil

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 cloves garlic
-
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
-
1/3 cup pine nuts (can use other nuts as well, almonds, pecans are some of my favorites)
Put all ingredients into a blender, blend on high for approx. 1 minute, or until well blended.
Enjoy!
