Tomatoes are finally ripening in full swing. I love this amazingly easy recipe for Bruschetta. Just spread some on my french bread (see recipe) for a delicious appetizer, or make a meal of it!
BRUSCHETTA
6 Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup Basil leaves, chopped
1 – 2 cloves garlic, minced
dash Olive Oil
